In searching the web, we realized there was not a website that was offering ONLY vintage items for sale by Quality Dealers.

While older collectors do not feel toys such as Barbie and G.I. Joe are vintage, Barbie is now 50. Our goal of the site is to narrow down, what we felt vintage collectors are searching. Since large quantities of “Limited Editions”, Franklin Mint, Danbury Mint and decorator items can be readily be found at flea markets and on eBay, we do not offer them on icollect247.com. We also knew that it would be important to have quality dealer who had years of experience in the industry. When a dealer opens a shop on our site, the dealer agrees to our “Terms of Use” which state that they “agree in good faith to describe the items to the best of his or her ability and disclose any knowledge of restoration or replacement parts that may have been incorporated into the items”. This is their guarantee to you the buyer. Mistakes do happen and, we are all human. If a problem does arise, contact the dealer and explain the problem…please be respectful to the dealer.

Before you buy, you need to review the “Dealer’s Policies” on shipping, returns, taxes and payment methods. This can be found on the page with the info on the listing under the categories. Buyers will need to fill out a form with their information when they are ready to purchase. The buyer will also have to agree to “Terms of Use” of the site. You will be dealing directly with the seller in finalizing the sale. We want to see the hobby continue and we want buyers to feel comfortable in building relationships with dealers.
