JIM PRENTICE ELECTRIC BASEBALL PINBALL GAME ORIG BOX 1940'S

Item: JIM PRENTICE ELECTRIC BASEBALL PINBALL GAME ORIG BOX 1940'S
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
JIM PRENTICE ELECTRIC BASEBALL PINBALL GAME ORIG BOX 1940'S VERY RARE. This is model #BB-150 made by the electric game company Holyoke Mass. Prentice's electrical baseball games were not limited to the board game format. Model BB-150, is a baseball-themed pinball game, the back glass with an alternate yellow frame. There is a slight crack in the wood by one upper post where the metal rod goes in, has no bearing on holding the scoring field up. This is a tabletop pinball game that is in excellent/ near mint condition. It is made of all wood, the top scorer has the glass while the bottom is missing it. The field is blow molded plastic that is in remarkable shape except for a little damage to the upper right curve. The balls curve around that area as the should. This was not a cheap game to make and maybe it didn't sell well that's why it's so rare especially with the original box. The game is large at 11 wide--24 long---3 depth. Has all 6 steel balls. The back scorer 11 by 11 All the wires plug in the back, and two wires connect to a 6 volt battery. The game is complete minus instructions. Though I'm not exactly sure how it works some of the lights work including the outs and the base runners. When a ball crosses home plate it does register above. The original box is in remarkable shape with all the inserts that it was shipped in. This will be the box it's shipped in or pick up for free. Please ask any question that you may have. Thank you, Dave
