1960 NIKITA KHRUSHCHEV 4 PINBACK I HATE EVERYBODY This is a very nice large rare pinback button produced in 1960 by AAA Novelty Co. in Washington DC. It measures almost 4 across, and depicts then Russian premier Nikita Khrushchev with the words I Hate Everybody. Khrushchev took power in the Soviet Union after Stalin, and left in 1964. He was famous for his phrase 'We will bury you, which spurred a lot of anti-Communist feelings, and was in charge of Russia during the Cuban missile crisis. This button was created soon after his infamous Sept. 1960 appearance at the United Nations, where he pounded his shoe on the table for attention. It does have some light surface marks here and there. Great and VERY uncommon 60+ year old piece of Cold War history. Please ask any question that you may have.
