ITEM DESCRIPTION:

The manufacturer of this porcelain souvenir plate is unknown, but what a lovely outer border design. The center features a large picture of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in Cleveland, Ohio/O/OH. The picture is a pale brown color and there are eight (8) small blue floral sprays around the outer edge. There are no cracks, chips or crazing but there is a tiny factory flaw on the left front at approx. 9:00. It's a tiny pinprick that didn't fill in and is black in color. There is something written on the back which is very hard to make out but it appears to be "From" and a date of 1901.
