ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This is a wonderfully dated toy washing machine made by the TN Nomura Company of Japan, CA late 1950's. This friction toy is operated by a lever; when pushed down it turns the agitator inside the machine to wash the clothes. The tub can be filled with water and dolly's clothing can be washed. Attached to the side is a rubber hose where the water is pumped out. The toy is just over 5 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide and is in very good plus played with condition. All the decals are present and in very good condition, and it still has the price of 98 cents attached. There is just a small spot of rust on the inside of the hood, as well as some slight amounts along the bottom and a few minor scratches throughout. The box is even more wonderful than the toy, with colorful illustrations of a young girl ready to do a load of wash on the front. One side panel has illustrated instructions on "HOW TO OPERATE", and the other side pictures both mother and child washing. Please ask questions before you purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
