Light Blue Victorian Tumber with Floral Decoration

ITEM DESCRIPTION:
The manufacturer of this light blue ribbed optic tumbler is unknown. There are fifteen (15) ribs on the interior of the glass, which can't be felt from the exterior. There is an enameled floral decoration with one gold "leaf". There is also gold around the top rim, which shows heavy wear. There are no cracks, chips or deep scratches. There is no wear on the base but there are three (3) tiny orange spots-spatter from when the decoration was applied.
