Cigarette Domino Lady Larus & Brother Richmond VA

Item: Cigarette Domino Lady Larus & Brother Richmond VA
Rare and colorful circa 1930's diecut cardboard sign with a great image of smiling ballerina Marion Fay Mease dressed in Harlequin slacks and cone top hat, carrying a tray of Domino Cigarettes, manufactured by Larus & Brother in Richmond, Va. She was a teenager when she posed for this ad. She ran a dance studio in Richmond for over 60 years. The background is orange and yellow and the sign is inscribed Domino the mild cigarette, 20 for 10c, let your taste be the judge, a high - grade product throughout. The sign is in excellent condition with strong color and super graphics. It has had some minor professional restoration on the edges, a repaired tear in the upper right corner, and a crease in the hat. There are five tack holes, one in the center and one in each corner that held it in place on a wall. Has been matted and framed and is ready to hang. Colorful and great! 7670-000
