German 1900's Wooden Milled Shaped Checker Board Egg

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Circa early 20th century wooden Easter egg stamped Germany on the end. It is constructed of square strips of wood, some red and some light tan, that have been glued together and then milled into the shape of and egg. The result is an interesting checker board design on the egg's surface. It is in excellent condition with wear and surface scratches that match its age. 7094-0QT
