Shell Gasoline Light Up Sign Double Sided Curb Sign

Hard to find in this smaller size, this double sided Shell gasoline light up sign dates from the late 1950's or early 1960's. It has red plastic lenses with the yellow scallop shell emblem, inscribed Shell, and mounted in an aluminum housing. For display purposes this example has been bolted on top of a triangular aluminum tube framed tower with a heavy round wood base. The sign measures about twenty-five and a half inches square and is in excellent condition with a tight three inch crack in one lens and two one to one and a half inch edge chips on the other. It stands ninety inches tall attached to the base. Item would need to be picked up or delivered to one of our many shows. We were told when we purchased it had been made for the inside of a Shell showroom. For pickup at our antique shop or we can meet you at one of our shows. 15074-41UPP
