ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Dating from the early 20th century, this lithographed tin hanging plate is decorated with an image of George Washington above his signature. Inscribed C. D. Kenny Co. at the bottom, it was a free premium, given to customers by the Baltimore coffee, tea, and sugar seller. The plate measures 5 1/4 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with some light dents and dings from the back side and a little edge wear. It was manufactured with a brass loop at the top for hanging. 1114-UT
