ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This hard to find soup bowl was manufactured by Mayer China and dates from the 1930s or 1940s. It is decorated with an image of the Texaco Marine flag on the rim and is an example of the china used on the ships of the Texaco Marine tanker fleet. It measures 1 3/8 inches tall by 9 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with numerous spoon marks from years of use. 16631-71QUT
