ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This pair of plastic salt and pepper shakers, still in the original box, is shaped like little gas pumps and dates from the 1950's. It was a free premium, given away by the local Texaco station. The salt is a red Fire Chief pump and the pepper is a silver Sky chief pump, embossed on the back C. J. Stahl Texaco Distributor Wayne, Ohio Phone 2511. The box has a Texaco Star emblem on the top. The shakers measure about two and three quarters inches tall by one inch wide and are in excellent condition with minor crazing on the transfer decorations. 9283-41TP
