This large cobalt blue jar has a tin screw on lid and dates from the 1920's. It has a paper label with images of barber poles and the inscription Noxema Greaseless Skin Cream Barber Shop Size $2.25. The instructions and suggestions for use are on the back. The lid is inscribed Healing Beautifying Noxema The Greaseless Cream For Painless Shaves. The jar measures about four and three quarters inches tall by four inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with surface rust on the lid and some staining and loss on the paper label. 15183-51WP
