Fountain Pen Showcase Esterbrook's Counter Advertising

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This small counter top showcase, made of oak with a front hinged glass lid, dates from the 1st quarter of the 20th century. It is inscribed on the wooden frame under the glass Esterbrook's The Most Popular Pens In Use. There is a small hook on the back of the lid. A pair of hanging tabs have been attached to the back so that the case can be hung and a row of pins has been added inside under the top edge for hanging items, perhaps jewelry. A piece of blue felt has been placed inside. The case measures 11 3/4 inches tall by 13 3/4 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches deep and is in excellent condition with its original finish. . 3856-71WPP
