ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This cardboard display box dates from the 1940s and originally held 24 5c Oh Henry ! candy bars, a chocolate and peanut confection produced by the Williamson Candy Company in Chicago. The box is medium tan with dark brown panels trimmed in orange and is inscribed on the top and sides Oh Henry ! Candy 5c. The box measures 8 1/2 inches tall by 11 3/8 inches wide by 2 3/8 inches deep and is in excellent condition with some creasing on the lid, minor edge and corner wear and some tape marks on the bottom. It has been shrink wrapped for protection. 1267-81QT
