ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This unusual pentagonal rotating counter top chewing gum dispenser dates from the 1920's or 1930's. It has glass fronted slots with mirrored tops for displaying packs of gum with heavy iron base. The lid is held in place with three metal brackets and slides up so the dispenser can be refilled. One if the brackets is embossed MFD. For Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. The dispenser is in excellent restored condition with fresh paint. The glass is all original. There are rust holes in the metal backing at the bottoms of the slots from years of sitting with old packs of gum in it. It measures about fifteen inches tall by eight and a half inches wide. 15445-51WRP
