1896 Die Cut Dunham Cocoanut Cardboard Sign
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Look at this image of a beautiful lady with red dress & white apron carrying a four layer cake inside a cocoanut. Circa 1896 die cut cardboard sign and was probably either a hanging sign or fall pull. The back is inscribed Dunham's Cocoanut, 10 cent packages. The front is in excellent condition with some light scuffs and minor edge wear. At sometime in its history it must have been valued so much it was mounted in a tradecard book or frame, as back has glue stains and some small areas of loss. Front is lovely with lots of color for any kitchen wall. 6770-11OT
