Patented in 1914, this Gilchrist model 30 ice cream scoop, the large size 12, is made of nickel plated brass with a squeeze handle wiper actuator. It measures 10 1/2 inches long with a 2 1/2 inch diameter bowl and is in excellent working condition with areas of surface wear to the brass and typical nicks and scratches.
