California Raisin boxes. Colorful group of four California Raisin boxes from the 1930's or 1940's. The first box held Easter Brand Seeded Raisins, packed by California Packing Corp. in San Francisco. It has colorful images of Easter Lilies on the front and back and bunches of green grapes on the sides with the inscription Seeded Muscat Raisins. It is in good condition with some minor tears, edge wear, and soiling. The next box held Oro Brand Choice Seeded Muscat Raisins, also packed by California Packing Corp. This box has an image of a yellow rose on the front and back. It is in good condition with some soiling, warping, and edge wear. The third box held Iris Brand Seedless Raisins, packed by Rosenberg Bros. & Co. in San Francisco. It has images of a bright yellow iris blooming on the front and back and recipes using raisins on the sides. It is in good condition with strong color and creases and edge wear. Finally is a box that held Pansy They R Seedless Brand Raisins, packed by Guggenhime & Co. in Fresno. The box is bright red with darker circular emblems on the front, back, and sides inscribed They R Seedless Brand. It is in good condition with some stains and edge wear.
