MARX 3 PIECE CONSTRUCTION SET PRESSED STEEL BOXED NEW OLD STOCK SCARCE. Here is a very rare new old stock Marx 3 Piece Construction set. It is very large set with the box measuring 21.5 X 19 X 8.5 inches. Has the road grader, dump truck and power shovel. The treads for the power shovel have never been installed. Everything is near mint/mint in the original box. The litho is superb. This is number 5101. The box has some wear and tear with a little tape on a flap. Has all the original inserts. Milestone auctions sold a #5103 also mint in the box for $1450.00 on 8/12/17. Plus there was 20% buyers premium, tax and maybe even a shipping charge which would have been quite high due to the size. This a very hard to find to especially in this condition with the box. Pick up in East Windsor NJ highly recommended. Thank you, Dave.
