ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This unusual shield shaped brass tag is embossed Coca Cola Bottling Co. 72 Indianapolis and was apparently attached to a piece of equipment at the bottling plant. It measures 2 5/8 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches wide and is in excellent condition with surface scratches and a couple of bends along the edges.This and other Coca Cola pieces are from the Thom Thompson Estate. Mr. Thompson collected for over 50 years and was a Coke Bottler himself.
