I remember well that the typing teacher told me to learn how to replace ribbon, I would be doing it a lot in my secretarial years. These are now a favor with collectors. This NOS Black Hawk typewriter ribbon in its original tin dates from the 1960's. On the lid it has a silhouette image of an Indian chief with his bow drawn back, preparing to fire an arrow. The bottom is inscribed Miller - Bryant - Pierce Offices & Facory, Aurora, Ill. The ribbon is designed for use in an IBM Electromatic and is still in its cellophane wrapper. The tin measures two and a half inches in diameter and is in near mint condition. 9411-51QP
