For your consideration is another great action battery operated toy from Japan in the original box. This one is called MIMI Poodle with Bone. Made by T-N Co. in the 1950s. Toy has 5 actions and 2 cycles. The first cycle she walks with bone in mouth, eyes light up and tail goes up and down. Cycle 2 starts when you take the bone out of her mouth. At this point, she will start to bark and sit down. Still barking, she will sit up in a begging position waiting for her bone. Once the bone is placed back in her mouth, she will stop barking and start walking again. Amazing action. The battery box is very clean with NO rust or corrosion. Size is 11 inches long and 10 inches high. Condition is very good and working. There is some matted fur under her left eye from gluing during manufacturing. The metal piece that reinforces her tail has broken through the material on the end from sitting on it. Toy does have some age related soiling. The original box is solid with NO broken corners. There is one push through hole in the top, but no missing paper. Top and bottom do have edge wear and water staining. Top is concaved slightly. More pictures on request.
