Betsy the Hungry Bug is a vintage lithographed tin windup toy from Japan. Betsy loves the crumbs on your table and will clean them up for you. Wind Betsy with the attached key and she will wander along your table picking up any small items in her path. To see Betsy and other toys we offer in action click on the video link below then on VIDEOS at the top. Betsy was manufactured in Japan by Mansei Toys in the 1960s and comes with her original box. Size is 5.5 inches long and 5 inches wide including the key and 2.25 inches tall. Toy is in near mint condition with minor scratches and is operated with an On/Off switch. The original box is in fair condition. Both top and bottom have creases and bends. Top has some tears that have been repaired with glue. The staples in all 8 corners are tight. Operating instructions are on the side of the top. pc421
