This NOS typewriter ribbon in its original tin dates from the 1930's or 1940's. The tin is orange with white trim and inscribed Fine Grade Flax's Typewriter Ribbons Make Permanent Records The Flax Company, Dayton, Ohio. on the lid. The bottom of the tin has an advertisement for Flax carbon paper. The tin measures about two and a half inches square and is in excellent condition with light scratches and edge wear. 9445-51QP
