There is nothing new about roasting marshmallows just not in the house. Except in the 1920's Angelous company invented this small, whimsical little electric marshmallow toaster was produced by a marshmallow company during the 1920's to help boost marshmallow sales. It is made of tin and bent wire with a ceramic element in the bottom. The sides are embossed Angelus - Campfire Bar - B - Q Marshmallow Toaster. It has a handle on the end so it can be picked up when it hot and there is even a little two prong wire fork to hot the marshmallow over the heat. It measures about four inches tall by five inches wide with the handle by three inches deep and is in excellent condition with a patina of light surface rust.
