This unusual new old stock double sided cardboard sign dates from the 1930s and was originally a free premium, given to service station customers. Inscribed Pierce Pennant Motor Oil with the pennant logo on both sides, it was designed to fit in front of an automobile's radiator, resulting in quicker warm ups and better working heaters during the cold winter months. The sign measures 11 1/2 inches tall by 19 3/8 inches wide and is in excellent condition with 3 tack holes and a little corner wear. 17149-81QWP
