ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This new old stock paper Halloween party hat was made in Germany in the 1920's or 1930's and has a band decorated with jack o'lanterns around the bottom. The top is cut to give the hat a soft, billowy appearance from the side. It measures about eight inches tall by thirteen inches wide and is in near mint condition. It has been shrink wrapped for protection. 9893-51QP
