Typewriter Ribbon Tin Rainbow Columbia Vintage
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This colorful typewriter ribbon tin dates from the 1920's or 1930's and has a wonderful art deco image of a rainbow emerging from a bank of clouds over the ocean and the seal of the Columbia Ribbon & Carbon Co. on the lid. The sides are decorated with bands of rainbow and cloud on a blue background. The bottom is inscribed Rainbow Ribbon Columbia Ribbon & Carbon Mfg. Co. Inc. Glen Cove, New York, U.S.A. The tin measures about three quarters of an inch tall by two and a quarter inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with minor edge wear. 9421-51QP
