This beautiful, original framed edge porcelain is in amazing condition for its age! The bright white background makes the vivid red and yellow letters stand out and command your attention. The cookie cutter edge bends so the sign sticks out from the wall 1/2 inch and gives it a 3D look. Three of the original grommets remain, which is seldom seen. It has a great polished shine with the familiar Shell logo at the top center. Some minor corner wear is really the only damage that this sign has. One or two very light rubs on the white part of the sign are noticeable under very close inspection, but you really have to look for them. This sign is not faded, as the yellows and red really stand out and bring back memories of simpler days.
