In order to talk a store owner into selling a product, the salesperson had better have a sample of what they were selling, or they had no chance of making the sale. This door lock sample is full size and just right to place on the general store owner's counter to show them how it worked and the benefits of having a locking door. The knob looks to be made of metal and the plate appears to be brass. This sample comes complete with the key and the wall plate so the store owner could test it out and see how nicely it worked. No markings on the door knob or plate, but the key has a 3 stamped into it. Very neat display that would shine brightly with some brass polish. It measures 10 3/4 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches wide. 9910
