This is an extremely rare silver tip tray features three embossed facial features of black boys with the embossed Kansas City below their faces. Very ornate around the edges and in excellent condition. Measures 3.75 inches long by 2.5 inches wide . Will be a long time before you find another one like it from my own personal collection
