Strawberry Perfetto Ice Cream Trolley Sign Walter Neilly
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Dating from the early 1900's, this neat trolley sign features a dish of Strawberry Perfetto Banquet Ice Cream with a well dressed lady on the left side and an empty price tag on the right. At the bottom, it reads Walter Neilly and Company, who distributed milk, ice cream, and dairy products. They were based in Bradford, Pennsylvania and used great looking ice cream products and pretty ladies to make you think about ice cream! From the looks of the edging, the printing company paid more attention to the center image than the outer lines, as the border around the picture does not quite match up on the outer corners. I'm sure I am nit-picking, but if you really study it, it jumps out at you. The lower right corner has received some water damage in the past, and has discolored the edge. This great piece has been framed for protection and to provide you with an easy way to display it in your home. 18523-WTP
