ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Offering a 1938 Marx tin wind up toy of Ferdinand & Matador. Material is all lithographed tin with wooden wheels. Toy is marked on both sides of Ferdinand's underside with 1938 Walt Disney Ent. All original toy including the tail. Matadors cape is marked with Ferdinand and the Marx Logo. Overall length is 7 inches and 3½ inches wide including the key. When wound with the attached key Ferdinand charges the matador as he backs up waving his cape. To see this and other toys we offer in action click on the video link below then on VIDEOS at the top. Ferdinand's set of wheels are offset so the toy runs in a circle. Condition is excellent and working. There is some slight rust at the spot where the tail is attached, common problem with this toy (see photo #6). More pictures on request.
