Dating from the 1930s, this 1 sided cardboard sign, decorated with an image of a paint brush resting beside a bowl of apple sauce, is inscribed You Can't Paint a House with Apple-sauce For Best Results and Lowest Cost use SWP House Paint The Sherwin - Williams Co. Cleveland, Ohio. There is a Sherwin - Williams Cover The Earth logo in the lower left corner. The sign measures 20 inches tall by 15 inches wide and is in excellent condition with tack holes on the top and bottom edges, some surface and edge wear, and some light soiling. There is some water damage to the bottom. 1369-81QWT
