Unusual black americana nail clippers and file Japan
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Very unique item of a black americana man playing a bongo on a nail clipper. The gentleman appears to be made of enamel And is securely attached to a pair of nail clippers and nail file. Marked Japan. Does show some rust on the file area only. And measures 2 inches long when it's closed. Appears to work but I would not use it I would think just a great display item.
