ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Strip signs, or tin tacker signs, were made of thin tin and mounted in various places outside the storefront to let you know what you could purchase once you were inside! Many of these signs were multicolored so they stood out amongst the other signs. This Orange Crush sign has a beautiful orange background with Ask For A Crush, plus Natural Flavor! and Natural Color! embossed letters. The letters on the left, right, and below the Crush logo are yellow and really stand out nicely against the background. The Crush letters are white with a blue drop shadow. It is marked R-144 Made In U. S. A. in the lower right corner, and Scioto Sign Co., Kenton, Ohio on the back. The sign has six mounting holes around the outer edge, and all look great. The only damage we can see is a small bend at the top of the h in Crush, that has a bend to the right and downward. Some small marks are on the letters on the right side that appear to be done during production. 10943-EOP
