Rare 1950s Drink Dr. Pepper Embossed Can Self Framed Sign
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Dr. Pepper signs are always super hard to find, but we managed to come across this beautiful one! Measuring fifty-four inches tall by eighteen inches wide, it features a pull top can of Dr. Pepper at the bottom with Drink Dr. Pepper Distinctively Different at the top. It is a self framed sign, and embossed! The letters that spell Dr. Pepper are embossed, as is the can at the bottom. Some minor chipping has occurred around the frame, with the worst being on the bottom edge. It also looks like an extra mounting hole has been added on the left side. A few chips can be seen on the white part of the can, as well as a few chips in the bottom part of the background. The face of the sign has a textured finish that is rough to the touch, which probably occurred during production. The outer lip of the sign has some minor bends, but the face looks to be free of bends. The sign itself is very flimsy, due to the thin metal. 19138-WUPP
