Unusual black americana advertising item. Features a 2 1/2 inch diameter pin back button attached to a hook. It measures 6 1/2 inches tall and has a large hook for hanging a hat. More than likely was a promotional item given to its customers when purchasing a hat. Overall very good condition with some discoloration around the outside diameter of the pen back button.
