This is a vintage Fisher Price Toys Tailspin Tabby Pop-Up toy. Tabby is in near mint condition, and shows no signs of ever having been played with. The paint is bright, with only minor scuffs due to age. The stringing is in excellent condition, so that Tabby stands on its own, at 4 1/4 inches high, on a 7 inch base. The face paint is perfect with almost no wear. I see one fleck of red that is on one eye, which occured in the factory. A great addition to any toy collection.
