1922 The Teela-Wooket Girls Camp Roxbury VT Print Ad
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This magazine print ad is for the Teela-Wooket Camps, Roxbury, VT Vermont founded by Claude and Florence Roys. The following is from the advertisement: "Great days were those at Teela-Wooket, every one of them so full of good times that field days and the banquet were there before we knew it. And how proud we were of our new honor girls. Dorothy Adelhelm, Elizabeth Bull, Mildred Dahl, Alta Jane Dove, Juanita Dove, Madeline Eldredge, Florence Fox etc. Let's not embarrass them, but we'll agree that every day found them "playing the game" by the rules of true sportsmanship, smiling at defeat, modest in success and making the whole camp experience better by their presence."
