This magazine print ad is for Ives Trains manufactured by the Ives Manufacturing Corporation, Bridgeport CT. The following is from the advertisement: "Ives Toys will make you smile too. An Ives Railroad System is just what every boy wants., They suit any purse, too, ranging from $1.75 to $50.00 in price. There are spring locomotives that whiz around on "O" gauge track and monster electrics, that operate "O" gauge and standard 2 gauge track - exact copies of the latest New York Central models." Advertisement measures 6.50" x 9.750" and appeared in the December 1922 issue of Child Life magazine. This magazine ad print is in good condition. Print ad shows sign of age-toning with corner tip creases and small holes along left side where magazine was probably placed in a 3-ring binder at one time.
