Under his outstretched arm is a metal sign that reads at Popular Prices, which is marked P-590 in the lower right corner. The base, bottle, and bartender are all metal. The base has a scratch on the front that measures 3/4 of an inch long by 1/4 of an inch wide, and has felt decorations glued to it, to make it appear like carpet. The metal bottle has actual PBR labels on it, with some small scratches at the top of the bottle neck and some wear on the bottom label. The bartender has a blemish on his left cheek, which looks like it has been touched up, but it appears to be a blemish in the metal.
