How cute is this...circa 1950's wooden "napkin lady" with slits in her yellow skirt to hold napkins. Base is red, shaft and skirt are yellow, blouse is green, painted face and hair with a red brimmed hat. Scratch on the front of her face and minor staining on the back of her skirt. Colors are bright with a shiny finish. These were used at parties as the center of table decorations. Great piece. 2017-80RY
