Vintage circa 1960 booklet titled "Blueprint of Quincy" handbook of township, city and county government and services published by the Quincy League of Women Voters. This 48-page booklet is undated, but the last year I could find was 1960. The contents of this booklet include Quincy - Past and Present; voting and elections; city government (planning & zoning, streets & highways, city services, fire department and police department); courts; township government; county government; taxes; public health and welfare; schools; culture and recreation; and how to write elected officials.
This booklet is in good condition and measures approximately 6.00" wide by 9.00" tall. Covers and internal pages are secured by staples and the staples show some rust. Covers show soiling/stains and edge nicks. Front cover has upper right corner crease. Internal pages are age-toned and generally clean. There are no rips, tears or any writing noted.
