ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Like many signs, this sharp Valvoline Motor Oil sign was produced by Allen Morrison signs in Lynchburg, Virginia, and dated 8-70 in the lower right corner. It measures eighteen inches tall by thirty-six inches in length. All of the letters on this metal sign are embossed, with the Valvoline letters in a bright red color. The center of the sign is also raised, as the outer border lip was made to sit flat against the wall and give this glossy sign a 3-D effect. A few very minor scratches are on the face of the sign with some paint loss around each mounting hole where the sign was attached to the wall.
