Beautiful Crissy Doll in Box Ideal 1969 Near Mint 19 Inches. Here is an outstanding Beautiful Crissy doll. It is clean as new. This doll may never have been used or very limited. Crissy's hair grows and grows and grows as stated on the box. This is done with a dial in her back that makes the hair grow to whatever length you want as shown on the box. I don't know if this works, I really don't want to turn the plastic dial on this 53 year old doll in fear that damage could occur. Her hair is a little messed due to being in the box so long. She has her shoes. Her eyes open and close. A slight separation at an area of the neck, the head turns just fine. Her dress is very delicate. Has some very light wear if at all, a slight tear by the top back buckle. Large box is almost like new. Even has the orange cotton carrying handle. Almost no damage. Very colorful box. This doll was bought at Play King for $10.44 in 1969, looking at the inflation calculator this is the equivalent of $83.15 today. Quite an expensive toy back in the day.
