Made by Schwanbech Brothers, this eyebrow type showcase boasts an walnut base beneath it's beautiful curved glass exterior. As was as a beautiful case, it is often known as a gum case. The eyebrow designation is based upon it's curved shaped top, which is hinged on one side. The outer German silver finish looks amazing for it's age, with just some smaller dents on the top of the curved left side in the bright finish. It is complete with the original felt interior and all original glass top and sides. The front is marked Pat'd. March 11, 1879 on a small marker. This smaller showcase will give you a very nice way to display your smaller collectibles with a size of twenty-seven and a half inches long by fourteen and a half inches wide.
