It not only told you the time, but it let you know the service station also carried tires, batteries, and accessories for your vehicle. It is made of plastic with a light up face and wood grain trim around the outer edge. Made by Dualite Products, Inc. the clock can either be hung from the wall, or placed on a shelf with the metal bracket underneath. It works just like it should and it appears to be in new old stock shape, with some minor wear around the rear wall mounting hole. 19679-TTP
