ITEM DESCRIPTION:
KENNER'S GIRDER AND PANEL BUILD A HOME SET #16 1962 IN BOX EXC. Here is a nice subdivision set made by Kenner over 60 years ago. It is a large and heavy set (22" x 14). I didn't count the pieces but, there are a lot of them that fill up the box. It has to be complete or very close to it. It is missing one Masonite piece. Contents are near mint. The box has lots of wear, tear and some tape to hold on some of the skirts. One of the skirts has some loss. The top is nice. Very early set. I have sold almost all my other vintage Kenner sets.
